The minimum age to use the 444bet platform is 21. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are using the platform solely for your own personal entertainment.

Employees, contractors or immediate family members of 444bet may not participate in any competitive activity on the site.

5.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below these amounts cannot be processed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• One promotion applies once per person, per household or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus contribution.
• If bonus abuse is found, 444bet may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 VIP Program

The 444bet VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. This is a fixed percentage of the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings) — up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 0.8% at Diamond.

444bet offers betting on various sports events including cricket, football and basketball. All bets are accepted at the odds set on the platform and cannot be changed once confirmed.

7.1 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

A bet may be considered void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• If the event is not completed or does not start at the scheduled time.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If the venue or format is significantly changed.

7.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. Bets may be temporarily suspended due to network delays. 444bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting services during technical issues.

7.3 Casino Games

Outcomes in slots, live casino and other games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The RTP of each game is set by the respective game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444bet. Breaching these terms may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus abuse or use of bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their terms.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an advantage.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets.
• Accessing another person's account or betting on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attacking or attempting to hack the platform's systems.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.

444bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Clear breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Prolonged failure to complete identity verification.
• Court order or legal obligation.

Users may also close their account at any time if they wish. In that case, please withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request.

444bet provides its services on an "as is" basis. 444bet is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues or third-party software.

Participating in betting and casino games is entirely your own decision. Gambling always carries the risk of financial loss. 444bet does not and cannot guarantee winnings.

In no circumstances will 444bet's maximum liability exceed the amount deposited in the user's account.
